This CPD course offers a foundational introduction to Equine Assisted Therapy and explores how horses can be meaningfully integrated into traditional counselling and psychotherapy practice.

Blending theory with experiential learning, participants will work closely with our herd of six therapy horses to develop an understanding of Equine Assisted Therapy and Equine Assisted Learning in practice. Through direct observation, guided reflection, and therapeutic engagement, the course is designed to offer both professional insight and lived experience of the multi-layered impact horses can have within the therapeutic relationship.

This course is designed for mental health professionals.
